Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at saleweft.com and any services offered by Saleweft ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Saleweft is an early-stage product that helps small e-commerce sellers automate marketing, content creation, and customer outreach workflows. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and is currently in active development.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to access or interfere with parts of the Service that are not intended for you.
• Send spam, malware, or any abusive content through any feature of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to publish content that infringes intellectual property, defames others, or violates the platform terms of any third-party service we integrate with.

4. Account responsibility

If we issue you credentials to access the Service, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@saleweft.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including the website's design, code, copy, and trademarks, is owned by Saleweft and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of any content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service may help you publish to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Pinterest, Reddit, Meta, Google). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. Saleweft is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party platforms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saleweft and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50 if you have not paid us anything.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saleweft and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any third-party rights, or (c) any content you submit through the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practical. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law).

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date and notify users of the waitlist or active users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
